Coffee or tea (as tolerated)

Animal crackers (4)

Skim milk (1/2 cup)

LUNCH

Vegetable soup (1 cup)

Saltine crackers (4)

*Cheese tortellini topped with olive oil

Fresh melon ball salad, no citrus (1/2 cup)

Iced tea

DINNER

Green garden salad (1 cup) reduced-calorie dressing (1 tbsp.)

Grilled, skinless chicken breast (3 oz)

Mildly seasoned white rice (1/2 cup)

Glazed carrots (1/2 cup)

French bread (1) margarine (1 tsp.)

Low fat vanilla pudding (made with skim milk)

Skim milk (1 cup)

Coffee or tea (as tolerated)
